The "Run Less Run Faster" Training Program

Speed interval: 2 x 2mi @ 7:45 min/mi
w/ 9:05 min/mi rest in between
My training partner and I have been using the "Run Less Run Faster" training program for almost a month now in preparation for the our next race, the Capital City Classic this May 15 at Sacramento, California. This training program requires 3 days of running / week with 2 days of cross training in between runs. Ideal for runners who don't have time to crunch 5 days of running / week and for those runners trying to break from the monotony of just running. Add some flavor to your runs and give this program a try.

I'm not affiliated with nor getting paid, I just want to share the program which I think could benefit some of you. If you have any program that works best for you, I’ll be more than happy to hear about it, so we can share it to the rest.
