ACV Cramp Cure Review

Muscle cramp is a well-known word for athletes, most especially for runners. It’s a painful involuntary spasmodic contraction of muscle due to overuse. We heard this many times of what causing the muscle to cramp but exactly what cause the muscle to cramp isn’t known. We often hear that it is due to dehydration, fatigue, lack of magnesium, calcium, potassium and vitamin. Many have taken the approach of taking a banana, electrolytes, salt stick and massage to ease or prevent the occurrence of muscle cramp.

So what is it? Apple Cider Vinegar + few other natural ingredients. According to ACV Cramp Curecramps are actually not caused by muscles themselves, but rather by nerves in the spinal cord that control your muscles. Receptors for these nerves are present in your mouth, esophagus, and stomach.  The combination of ingredients in ACV Cramp Cure targets these nerve receptors, which prevents them from mis-firing your muscles”. ACV Cramp Cure claims that a few sips is enough to feel the effects, and most people will experience relief in less than 60-seconds. Wow that’s a bold statement and that will pretty much gets everybody’s attention. It sure did get my attention!

I heard about this product as well from a very good friend of mine Brian Goldman and I was able to test it out during the California International Marathon that I ran last December 6, 2015. It was on mile 18 when I felt that my legs were getting tight and my strides were getting shorter. A sign that a muscle cramp was slowly building up in my legs. Though I don’t recommend testing out new stuff on the actual event, I had no choice and took the risk. I drank half of the bottle (1.5 oz) and surprisingly felt an immediate relief in my legs (but not the 60-seconds they claim) and the muscle tightness loosen up. I was really impressed that it was able to bring back my running legs. The only down side was that it has a bit of bite in it and your guts may not like it so I suggest that you try it first on your training runs.

You can also try a free bottle of ACV Cramp Cure by simply filling out a short survey in their website, they will even ship it for free. I got mine few weeks ago and tried it again on my 13 mi training run today, I got to say that this product really works. The ACV Cramp Cure comes in a convenient 3 oz bottle that you can easily carry in your running belt, pocket, bike or gym bag. It’s good to know that you can rely on the ACV Cramp Cure when the situation calls for it. Do yourself a favor and grab one today.
